Siena flower belt mount 1340-1500 A.D. (Code: EM-28)

Rating:

This is a replica of girdle mounts from Siena, that are exhibited in Metropolitan Museum. On the first 5 photos we presented a mount from our workshop, and on the 6 and 7 photo there are original mounts of Renaissance girdle.

A fine example of Renaissance arts and crafts in Western Europe.

Mounts are decorated with color enamel. They are made in flower shape. The flower has 6 little round petals filled with red enamel and 6 bigger petals filled with dark blue enamel.
