Medieval girdle with chain & mounts, 14-15th (Code: EBS05Br+EM04x11)

Stripe of leather with pretty shiny buckles, combined with chain 1-in-1. Decorated with evelen heart mounts (copy of archaeological findings from London Museum). This medieval girdle is made with brown leather and bronze castings.

From the visual sources (manuscripts and paintings) we know that such girdles were fashionable medieval accessory.
